Completed Access to Information Requests

I request a detailed, itemized and annual list of all compensation information pertaining to the Chairman of the organization from Jan. 1, 2000, to today. Such a list could include (but is not exclusive to) financial compensation such as salaries, bonuses, per diems, overtime, bilingual bonuses, at-risk pay, performance pay, vacation pay, etc. Such a list would include any and all compensation provided to anyone who held or currently holds that office in the aforementioned time period. (Also, as there is no option in AORS to request a fee waiver -- and hence nowhere in AORS to avail a requester of this statutory right -- please consider the following: Pursuant to section 11(2) of the Access to Information Act, I request a waiver of all applicable fees associated with this request. Disclosure of the requested records is in the public interest and will contribute meaningfully to public discourse because it will be used for journalism or research purposes; it is not sought for commercial use. Charging a fee would be inconsistent with the purpose of the Act to enhance the accountability and transparency of federal institutions in order to promote an open and democratic society and to enable public debate on the conduct of those institutions.)
